Our team

Our services

  • We collaborate with leaders to develop a strategic approach for their legal or public-facing projects. Our work involves identifying opportunities to apply design thinking, defining project scope and goals, and planning the implementation of a human-centered process to achieve measurable outcomes.

  • We conduct ethnographic research to understand the needs, behaviors, and challenges of people navigating legal systems. We use a service design methodology to map out current user journeys, and then design and prototype new, more effective processes and systems.

  • We transform complex and often confusing legal documents into clear, intuitive, and actionable forms and contracts. Our process integrates plain language principles with strategic information design to improve comprehension and usability for all audiences.

  • We design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the knowledge and tools to integrate human-centered design into their own work. We help organizations build the internal capacity required to sustain a design-forward approach.
